The Stonehenge gallery is worth the visit alone. One of the finest collections of prehistoric artefacts in England and the interpretation is excellent. The Giant and Hob Nob are fascinating. An underrated gem.

Superb museum in a beautiful medieval building. The Stonehenge gallery was genuinely moving — seeing objects from the site itself brings the monument alive in a way visiting Stonehenge alone cannot. Free for children under 5.

Well curated and informative. The Stonehenge collection is world class. The building itself is a wonderful 13th century house. Plan at least 2 hours to see it properly.
