We collect anonymised IP addresses for the purpose of counting votes and preventing abuse. We do not store identifiable personal data unless you voluntarily submit it via our business submission or comment forms (name, email). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
We use essential cookies only. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic. No cookies are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
When you cast a vote, your IP address is hashed (one-way encrypted) before storage. We cannot identify you from this hash. Vote data is used only to calculate rankings.
If you submit a business or leave a comment, we store the information you provide. Your email (if given) is used only to update you about your submission. All comments are moderated before publishing.
We use Vercel (hosting and analytics) and Supabase (database). Both are GDPR-compliant. Business data is sourced from the Google Places API for publicly available information.
